3. Power Requirements
All our inflatables require continuous power while they’re being used.Most of our jumping castles require a 10-amp power point is suitable for most jumping castles and should ideally be within 20 metres of the inflatable. Some larger equipment may require a different power connection.
If your venue doesn’t have suitable power, generators may be available for hire.
Generator use can involve additional requirements, including a trained supervisor to manage the equipment.

Does Jumping Castle Hire Include Delivery and Setup?
Yes! We offer free delivery, setup and pack-down within 20km of our Holtze warehouse.Planning an event a little further away? No worries! We also service regional and remote areas across the Northern Territory. Additional delivery fees apply outside the 20km radius, depending on the distance and travel involved.
Simply provide your event location when requesting a quote, and we’ll confirm any additional delivery costs.
Do You Need Someone to Supervise the Castle?
Yes. A responsible adult aged 18 or over must supervise a jumping castle while it is in use. We provide training and operating instructions for the day of your hire, and trained supervisors can also be hired if you’d prefer someone from our team to oversee the equipment.For public and corporate events, supervision requirements can be different depending on the equipment and event setup.
