Children (and grown ups!) aged 3+

We use two different height markers because the requirements vary depending on the inflatable:

Bouncy Castles → 86cm minimum height – 82kg maximum weight

Obstacle Courses → 100cm minimum height – 114kg maximum weight

Each post is clearly marked with the required minimum height. Children simply stand next to the post, and if they meet or exceed the marker, they’re good to go!

Adults can absolutely join in, just buy yourself a ticket and play safely around the children!
Yes absolutely – trained and experienced Monsterball Crew will be on-site to supervise at all times. Their role is to keep the equipment safe, prevent overcrowding, and ensure everyone is playing safely. It is not their responsibility to ensure children are playing kindly together etc, so we also require parents/caregivers to remain on-site whilst their children are playing too.

For everyone’s fun and safety, please follow these important rules when using our inflatables:

  • No shoes or sharp objects are allowed on the inflatables at any time.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Play at your own risk – each participant is responsible for their own safety.

  • Remove glasses, jewellery, or anything sharp before entering.

  • Food and drinks are not permitted on or near the inflatables.

  • Flips, somersaults, and rough play are not allowed.

  • Exit immediately if the inflatable begins to deflate.

  • Do not use if you have an existing medical or physical condition that may put you at risk.

  • Do not use while intoxicated.

We ask that our equipment is treated with care. If items are damaged due to misuse or negligence, repair or replacement costs may be charged. Excessive mess (like food, drinks, glitter, paint, or silly string) may also result in a cleaning fee charged at $90ph.
