What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Our Operators are on-site each day to monitor the weather and ensure everyone is playing safely. In the event of adverse weather, our Operators will usher children off the inflatables until it’s safe to play again.
What happens if the weather is really hot?
Our Operators are on-site each day to monitor weather conditions and ensure everyone is playing safely. During periods of extreme heat, our operators will drizzle water over surfaces as needed, to keep equipment cool.

You bet! We offer hire on all of our inflatables for public and private events! Reach out to darwin@monsterball.com.au and we’ll help out!
What ages are the inflatables suitable for?
Are there height or weight restrictions?
We use two different height markers because the requirements vary depending on the inflatable:
Bouncy Castles → 86cm minimum height – 82kg maximum weight
Obstacle Courses → 100cm minimum height – 114kg maximum weight
Each post is clearly marked with the required minimum height. Children simply stand next to the post, and if they meet or exceed the marker, they’re good to go!
Can adults join in, or is it just for kids?
Are the inflatables supervised by staff?
What are the safety rules for using the inflatables?
For everyone’s fun and safety, please follow these important rules when using our inflatables:
